Raw Vegan Tabbouleh pretty much the best hot summers night snack

Super easy, super delicious

Hot Fun In The Summertime Tabouleh

Ingredients:

1 c. chopped parsley

couple handfuls of cherry tomatoes, whole or sliced in half

1 bunch fresh mint

12 Tblsp. raw hemp seeds

4 small green onions, chopped

4 Tbslp. Raw olive oil (to start, you will add more to the consistancy you prefer)

4 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice

Few Pinches of salt


Here comes the hard part, mix it all together and serve! Super fast, super yummy, dinner time!
