Vegan Mocha Brownies with raw chocolate ice cream smoothered in vegan whipped cream and drizzled with vegan chocolate!

1.5 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup agave nectar
1.5 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup hemp milk ( you can use almond, rice, soy, whatever you want!)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
3 T. instant coffee (to make them mocha, this is also optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl sift flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add oil, soy milk, nuts. Stir gently until just mixed. Pour into 8X8 inch pan and cook for 30-35 minutes. (Check by inserting a toothpick).

Then all you have to do is put a couple spoons full of Raw Vegan Chocolate Ice Creamon top, then the vegan whipped cream (we cheated and bought some, to save time) and drizzle with some store bought vegan chocolate syrup. YUMM

Sorry about the cheating in this recipe, we were strapped for time, we were hungry for sweets and Jessi was getting cranky! hah

what grocery stores do you have around you?
there is some made by soy whip
